Number one, relax. Tensed lips are no fun. Keep your lips soft and wet. Go slow. Be tender and be gentle. Don't ram your tongue down his throat. French kissing is so standard now but it may be a bit aggressive for a first kiss. If you decide to use tongue, go easy to maybe play with his lips a bit and see if he opens his mouth to touch his tongue to yours, but again, don't tense the tongue as it will be far more sensuous when relaxed. And go slow, not rushing or nervous.
Well, first of all usually guys make the first move. I am also 13 so i'll probably be better help. The best time to kiss would be at like a movie when you're holding hands or something. As I said before the guy will prolly make the first move. If you are looking at eatch other and starts leaning towards you slowly he probably wants to kiss to just start leaning towards him. Okay. When you go in for the kiss, you shouldn't open your mouth wide. Keep it closed so you know it can turn out either way-a peck or make out. I really messed up by opening my mouth a little wider and I hit my tooth on his lip. LOL. So, don't open it that wide.
Just take things slow, and tell him that this is your first kiss so he'll know not to rush things. (that happened to me..i was too shy to admit id never kissed anyone)

Look, you don't have to worry at all since the male has to ';guide'; you during the kiss. If you want to do something ';extra';... try placing your hand between his legs. You'll drive him crazy for sure! ;)

Approach each others faces slowly, lick your lips (a nice thin coat of saliva), then close your eyes and kiss each other! Not like making out, but like a peck. After 3 or 4 seconds, back away from each other slowly and smile!

Be patient. First kisses are usually awkward so i would suggest right after it to kiss again because you wont be trying to hard.
be calm, don't bite, keep the eyes closed, and remember kissing leads to things you may not be ready for so be prepared for what's ahead

if you mean tounge kiss it will come naturally it's something you learn as you do, just stay calm and try not to think about it that much
