i put my arms either around his neck or like around his body [waist]. but i dont know him personally so i cant answer this question accurately.

you could put your hands on his face, but just not in a creepy way. like your palms onlike near his temples almost but not his eyes and so your fingers are in his hair. and you can run your hands through his hair.
